Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.
• Ability to understand advanced math functions for credit/financial analysis.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise sound judgment.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners to refer customers.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals, contributing to revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs in sales/referral processes and maintain confidentiality.
