Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker I program in the United States. Selected individuals will rotate through operations and Sales & Service, complete onboarding, and earn a certification to advance within the Retail Personal Banker family.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales and financial needs assessment to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Participate in opening/closing processes of Financial Center or Bank Mart and assist in referrals to partners.
