Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an entry‑level Float Personal Banker I for the Cincinnati East Region. Selected candidates will complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in certification to advance within the Retail Personal Banker job family.

The role uses a consultative sales approach to identify and meet customer needs, cross‑sell products, and collaborate with banking partners.

Qualifications

College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS is required at the time of employment.

Responsibilities

Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend suitable solutions.
Utilize CAMP and marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
Refer customers to Business Partners for holistic financial solutions when appropriate.
Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes.
Ensure confidentiality and trust in all customer dealings.
