The role uses a consultative sales process to identify customers' financial needs, acquire new households, deepen relationships, and support teller duties.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions that will allow for analysis of credit and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process to build customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers with CAMP and other marketing tools; set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Establish relationships with assigned Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
