Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information with basic math skills.
• Professional appearance and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers to set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Work with partners across Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment to provide holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Assist CSRs with sales and referral processes.
• Promote a positive customer experience with professionalism.
