Fifth Third Bank seeks candidates for a Retail Personal Banker I program. After a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, a certification is earned to validate skills for the Retail Personal Banker family.

The role focuses on using consultative sales to meet customer financial needs while handling teller duties as part of the platform staff. Selected candidates will travel for training within the affiliate, engage in cross-selling, and collaborate with Mortgage,

Qualifications

College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
Ability to analyze financial information and perform basic math functions.
Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication.
Understanding Retail policies and procedures to exercise sound judgment.

Responsabilités

Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose suitable solutions.
Utilize CAMP and approved tools to set appointments for periodic reviews.
Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, and Commercial partners to provide holistic solutions.
Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and support revenue growth.
