Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker I, who will complete a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service. The program culminates in a certification to prepare candidates for the Retail Personal Banker role within the Retail job family.

The Personal Banker I focuses on using consultative sales to identify and meet customer financial needs, with emphasis on acquiring new households and deepening relationships across channels.

Competenze

• College degree or work experience (transferrable skills) is required.
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
• Ability to engage customers with sales activities and analyze financial information.

Mansioni

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Know Retail products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Schedule appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial teams and refer customers as needed.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
