Job summary

Frost in Texas is seeking a Personal Banker I to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering trusted banking experiences with integrity and care.

You will handle deposits, loans, teller transactions, and advisory support across personal banking. You’ll build relationships, contribute to loss prevention, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain deposits and loans to customers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in personal banking and teller services while meeting performance standards.
• Educate and advise customers on deposits and loans and assist with service issues.
• Provide teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing.
• Maintain cash on hand and daily settlement of teller transactions.
• Contribute to risk management and loss prevention.
• Attend training on policies, laws, and Bank Secrecy Act.
• Develop relationships with clients and be their main contact.
• Offer guidance to help customers on their financial journey.
