Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in personal banking and teller services while meeting performance standards.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans, and service/account maintenance.
• Provide teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing per bank policies.
• Maintain cash on hand and settle teller transactions daily.
• Manage risk and practice loss prevention.
• Attend teller and personal banking training and stay updated on policies and laws.
• Develop relationships with clients and be their point of contact.
