Job summary

Frost in Texas is seeking a Personal Banker I to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering trusted, friendly service and helping with deposits, loans and everyday account needs. You’ll build relationships by listening, offering guidance and solving problems with integrity.

You’ll work with a team in a fast-paced banking environment, participate in teller and personal banking training, and grow a long-term career with Frost’s health, retirement and education benefits to support you

Qualifications

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and personal banking services while meeting performance standards
• Educate and advise customers on deposits and loans
• Uphold integrity and use good judgment in every situation
• Provide teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing
• Maintain cash on hand and settle teller cash daily
• Manage risk and loss prevention
• Attend teller and personal banking training to stay current on policies and laws
• Develop relationships with clients and be their main point of contact
• Provide financial guidance and support to customers on their financial journey
• Act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
