Frost is seeking a Personal Banker I in Texas who serves as the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, knowledgeable guidance on deposits, loans, and accounts. The role emphasizes integrity, trust, and building lasting client relationships within a busy banking environment.

You will perform teller transactions, assist with service requests, and support risk management while maintaining excellent customer service across rotating Saturday hours.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for daily banking tasks and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in personal banking and teller services while meeting performance standards.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans and account maintenance needs.
• Use good judgment and act with integrity to serve customers’ best interests.
• Deliver teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing with compliance to policies.
• Maintain cash on hand and perform daily teller settlements accurately.
• Manage risk and participate in loss prevention activities.
• Attend teller and personal banking trainings to stay current on policies and regulations.
• Build relationships with clients and be their primary contact.
