Job summary

Frost, a long-standing Texas bank, seeks a Personal Banker I to be the first point of contact for customers. You will provide personal banking and teller services, educate customers on deposits and loans, and guide them through account maintenance with integrity and empathy.

You’ll build lasting relationships, support clients’ financial journeys, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Availability Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in personal banking and teller services while meeting performance standards.
• Educate and advise customers on deposits and loans and assist with service or account issues.
• Use good judgment and act with integrity in every customer interaction.
• Perform teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing per bank policy.
• Maintain cash on hand and settle teller cash daily with accuracy.
• Attend teller and personal banking training to stay updated on policies and regulations.
• Develop relationships with clients and serve as their primary contact at the bank.
