Job summary

PNC's Nutley, NJ branch is looking for a dedicated Personal Banker to join our in-office team. Based in Nutley, this role focuses on attracting and servicing customers, identifying their financial needs, and presenting PNC solutions to strengthen relationships and trust.

As a Full-Time Personal Banker, you will drive proactive sales, educate clients on digital tools, and partner with ecosystem partners to expand wallet share while upholding risk controls and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in banking or financial services.
• Associates or equivalent degree preferred.
• Background checks in line with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via defined process including outbound calling and lobby engagement.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experiences.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify and solve customer problems.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment.
