Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities
• Drives proactive sales conversations with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions and lobby engagement
• Creates customer loyalty and grows wallet share with a differentiated experience
• Educates customers on managing financial transactions leveraging technology and resources
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures and participating in daily branch operations
