Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker to grow the branch customer base and enhance the customer’s financial wellbeing. You will drive proactive sales, manage the customer experience, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to expand wallet share.

Responsibilities include effective lobby engagement, outbound and inbound sales conversations, and delivering PNC solutions to meet customer needs, while maintaining risk controls and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; 3+ years experience in banking or retail.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.

• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
