Job summary

Dieterich Bank in Columbia, IL is seeking a Retail Banker to join our community-focused team. As a Personal Banker, you will be the face of the branch, helping customers achieve their financial goals while delivering friendly, accurate service.

You will open and maintain customer accounts, process deposits and transactions, assist with online and mobile banking, and identify customer needs to recommend suitable products.

What You'll Do

• Dependable attendance and flexibility to work rotating Saturdays

Preferred

• Associate degree in Business or a related field
• Previous banking, teller, or retail banking experience

Schedule

• Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
• Branch hours generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Rotating Saturday schedule (minimum two Saturdays per month) between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM
• When staffing permits, employees working a scheduled Saturday may receive a weekday off
