Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in banking, financial services, retail, or a similar face-to-face environment.
• Associate degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Dependable with the ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Ability to recognize customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office, online banking platforms, and mobile applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Team play with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process account maintenance requests, including address changes and account updates.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
• Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.

Dieterich Bank | St Elmo, IL | Part-Time

Dieterich Bank is hiring a Part-Time Personal Banker for our St. Elmo branch!

If you enjoy building relationships, helping people reach their financial goals, and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule:

• 3 days per week, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00am to 12:00pm
• Part-time position

Pay: $15-$17 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

About the Role

As a Personal Banker, you will be the face of Dieterich Bank, helping customers with their everyday banking needs while building strong relationships within the community.
