Job summary

You will open and maintain customer accounts, process deposits and transactions, assist with online and mobile banking, and identify customer needs to recommend suitable products.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer-facing service experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office, online banking platforms, and mobile applications

• Dependable attendance and rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through outstanding customer service
