WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver exceptional customer service while identifying sales opportunities and handling account transactions.

You will focus on daily sales initiatives, building relationships, and meeting with customers in person and by phone to discuss their banking needs. In this role you will conduct outbound outreach, onboard new Retail customers, promote bank products, and support branch goals.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of cash handling, sales or customer service experience required.
• Strong product knowledge for selling banking products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with customers to discuss banking needs in person and by phone.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals for loans, deposits, referrals, and profitability.
• Promote Bank products and services to customers and in the community.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with internal partners.
• Handle outbound calling to onboard customers and referrals.
