Responsibilities

• Assess financial needs of banking center clients and make appropriate recommendations.
• Meet and exceed defined sales goals for loans, deposits and profitability.
• Promote sales culture and cross-sell bank products to meet individual and team targets.
• Collaborate with branch staff to ensure goals are met and services are delivered smoothly.
• Engage in outbound calls for customer onboarding and prospecting new Retail customers.
• Represent the bank in the community to support growth of Banking Center.
