WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Personal Banker to provide exceptional customer service, identify sales opportunities, and handle account transactions at a full-service banking center.

The role emphasizes daily sales initiatives and proactive customer interactions, both in person and by phone. The position involves outbound calling for customer onboarding, prospecting new Retail customers, and promoting bank products to existing Retail relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisor or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and identify sales opportunities.
• Explain bank products and services to customers and prospects.
• Meet with customers to discuss banking needs in person and by phone.
• Initiate outbound calling to onboard new Retail customers and promote products.
• Assist Banking Center Manager with outside sales activities and community involvement.
• Support day-to-day branch operations including cash handling and security procedures.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures and collaborate with team.
