Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Personal Banker in Canonsburg to deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting banking relationships.

You will focus on daily sales initiatives, identify opportunities to promote banking products, and engage customers in person and by phone. You will spend significant time outbound calling for customer onboarding, prospect new Retail customers, and promote products to new and existing Retail banking relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in developing new retail banking relationships is a plus.
• Ability to promote and explain bank products and services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily sales goals for loans, deposits, and referrals.
• Initiate outbound calls for customer onboarding and prospect new retail customers.
• Collaborate with Banking Center staff to ensure service quality and sales targets.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer questions about banking products.
• Support day-to-day operations including teller functions and cash handling as needed.
• Participate in community outreach to grow the bank's presence in the market.
