WesBanco is seeking a Personal Banker who will operate 100% in-office at a designated WesBanco location. The role focuses on assisting customers with banking needs, driving sales initiatives, and building strong relationships within the community.

The Personal Banker will engage in outbound outreach, promote products, and collaborate with the Banking Center Manager on sales efforts while ensuring compliance with bank policies and security measures.

• Provide exceptional customer service at the banking center.
• Identify opportunities to promote products and services to customers.
• Meet with customers in person and via phone to discuss banking needs.
• Lead and participate in community and outside sales activities.
• Support daily sales and service objectives, including teller and operational duties.
