Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Retail and Business clients.
• Develop new retail customer relationships through inside and outside efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Promote the bank's products and services to meet customer needs.
• Execute outbound calling activities to onboard customers and referrals.
• Cross trained to assist with operations.
