Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to learn digital banking tools and navigate multiple systems.
Strong interpersonal, sales, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional client experience to build and retain long-term client relationships.
Open a full range of retail products for new and existing clients.
Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, E-Statements, and mobile/ATM deposits.
Resolve simple to moderate client problems while maintaining high service levels.
Assist with teller transactions and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
Adhere to internal controls, audit, security, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in professional development and coaching to improve skills.
