Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• College degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of consumer financial products and retail banking services.
• Strong consultative communication and relationship-building skills.
• Digital banking tools and self-service capabilities knowledge.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and applications.
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and client relationship skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional client experience to build, expand, and retain long-term client relationships.
• Open and service retail banking products for new and existing clients by making recommendations during routine banking center service and teller transactions.
• Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, E‑Statements, and mobile/ATM deposit capabilities.
• Resolve routine client problems while ensuring high client experience and satisfaction.
• Provide teller transactions and seek opportunities to deepen client relationships and meet financial goals.
• Comply with internal controls, audits, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in coaching and professional development to enhance product knowledge and client relations skills.
