Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Working knowledge of consumer financial products and services
• Banking operations including phone, email and chat support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to follow standards and know when to escalate
• Strong basic math skills for reconciling accounts
• Proficiency with PC applications and internal systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and client relations skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience to build and retain long-term client relationships
• Open a full range of retail products for new and existing clients by making recommendations
• Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, E-Statements, and mobile/ATM deposits
• Resolve simple to moderate client problems while maintaining high service levels
• Perform teller transactions and assist clients to meet financial goals
• Adhere to internal controls, audit, security and regulatory requirements
• Engage in training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and client relations
