BOK Financial is hiring a Personal Banker in Denver. You will begin with our 9-week Banking Navigator training, designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to deliver best-in-class service and build lasting client relationships.

You’ll learn through virtual facilitation, self-paced learning, and on-the-job training. During training you may be assigned to a different location before permanent branch placement, with ongoing coaching to boost product knowledge, sales, and client relations.

Qualifications

• Entry-level banking role requiring high school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to learn banking products and systems and adhere to policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences to build and retain relationships.
• Open a full range of retail products for new and existing clients.
• Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, E-Statements, and mobile deposits.
• Resolve routine client problems while maintaining compliance and controls.
• Support teller transactions and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
