Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• College degree is a plus or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of consumer financial products and retail banking services.
• Basic understanding of banking laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Effective consultative communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and determine when escalation is appropriate.
• Knowledge of digital banking tools and self-service capabilities.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and applications.
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and client relationship skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience to build, expand, and retain long-term relationships.
• Open a full range of retail products, including loans, for new and existing clients.
• Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, E‑Statements, and mobile/ATM deposits.
• Resolve simple to moderate client problems while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Assist with teller transactions and look for opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Comply with internal controls and banking regulations.
