Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent and 1 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• College degree is a plus or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience to build, expand, and retain long-term client relationships.
• Open a full range of retail products, including loan products, for new and existing clients.
• Educate clients about bank services such as online banking, Bill Pay, E-Statements, and mobile/ATM deposits.
• Resolve simple to moderate client problems while ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Provide teller services and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Follow internal controls, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in coaching and training to improve product, systems, sales, and client relations skills.
