Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

A dynamic alternative investment firm is seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to support its Partners and Managing Directors with a wide range of personal, non-business-related tasks. In addition, this individual will oversee the Administrative team and provide administrative support to various teams across the firm. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to play a key role in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency at a top-tier investment firm. This is a hybrid role, typically requiring in-office presence Tuesday-Thursday each week. The firm offers competitive compensation, fully covered health insurance, and a generous 401(k) match.

Job Function

  • Plan and coordinate both personal and business travel, including hotels, flights, restaurant reservations, car services, and vacation activities.
  • Handle bookkeeping and recordkeeping tasks such as bill payments, managing bank accounts, tax and estate document maintenance, and tracking charitable donations.
  • Research and organize dinners, events, and special occasions for business and personal engagements.
  • Manage personal tasks, including home projects, car repairs, medical appointments, gift shopping, package returns, and pet care arrangements.
  • Oversee calendar management and scheduling of both personal and business appointments.
  • Lead and provide day-to-day oversight for the firm's receptionist and administrative team to ensure seamless operations.


Job Requirements

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
