You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and support strategic initiatives across the region. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, conducting market research, and coordinating industry events while collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of business development, sales, or account management in oil & gas.
• Strong understanding of Permian Basin operations and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently in a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Permian Basin region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, midstream companies, and service providers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align offerings with client needs.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline in CRM systems.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to senior leadership on business development activities and performance.
• Assist in developing, ordering, and distributing marketing and promotional items to support business development initiatives.
• Assist with marketing efforts through social media platforms, showcasing company products and services.
