Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in sales or business development leadership.
• Proven success in oilfield services, drilling related services/products/technologies.
• Strong rolodex of drilling managers and decision-makers in the Permian Basin.
• Track record of revenue growth with operators, market expansion, and team leadership.
• Strong negotiation, strategic planning and financial acumen.
• Experience leading regional sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop the regional commercial strategy aligned with corporate growth
• Identify and pursue new markets, services and expansion opportunities
• Drive revenue diversification across customer segments and geographies
• Lead regional sales teams to achieve revenue and margin targets
• Establish performance metrics, KPIs and accountability structures
• Oversee pipeline management and forecasting processes
• Provide coaching, leadership development and performance management
• Lead major contract negotiations and strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery excellence
• Align commercial strategy with operational capacity and pricing strategy
