Job summary

DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center) seeks a Project Manager to coordinate housing operations at Hobson Place in Seattle. You will work with the Senior Housing Program Manager on service delivery, contract compliance, and staff supervision.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree related to social services or management and at least two years in human services, including supervisory experience. Strong collaboration with partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or management; substitutions may apply.
• Two years of relevant work experience in human services.
• One year supervisory or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Hobson Place operations in line with plans and policies.
• Ensure project contracts are complied with and manage staff.
• Coordinate resident move-in and orientation processes.
• Respond to emergencies and crises; ensure safety and security.
• Coordinate data collection for compliance and evaluation.
• Represent agency at neighborhood meetings and council events.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year social services experience

Associate degree + supervisory experience
