Job summary

The People Concern seeks a Senior Director, Project-based Housing to provide administrative and clinical leadership for agency-wide teams handling permanent supportive housing. You will supervise senior staff to ensure housing stability and retention and drive performance-driven services.

You will collaborate with partners and funders to secure continued funding, oversee program compliance, and guide strategic improvements across project-based housing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in mental health field; licensed in California preferred.
• Extensive experience managing homeless services with behavioral health needs.
• Experience supervising diverse teams and ensuring program outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical leadership to staff managing permanent supportive housing programs.
• Supervise Directors and Assistant Directors to ensure housing stability and retention outcomes.
• Oversee contract billing and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop partnerships with housing developers, landlords, and funders to secure resources and funding.
• Lead staff training, quality assurance, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage HMIS and CHAMP reporting, identify errors, and implement corrective actions.
