Job summary

DESC seeks a dedicated Emergency Housing Case Manager Supervisor to lead DESC's The Gateway team at Seattle's Emergency Housing project. You will supervise Case Managers, coordinate housing-oriented services, and ensure contract compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in social services or management and at least two years of relevant experience. You will build community partnerships, train staff, and respond to crises with harm-reduction approaches.

• Two years of relevant experience in social services or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Case Managers to ensure housing-oriented services.
• Coordinate case management with housing and services for clients.
• Ensure compliance with all contract and procedure requirements.
• Provide individual supervision and staff training on assessments and goal plans.
• Engage clients with harm-reduction oriented interventions and crisis support.
• Maintain up-to-date case notes, files, and reporting.
• Participate in on-call rotation and inter-agency liaison activities.
