Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in property management or related operational environments.

• Experience supporting residents with homelessness or trauma.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for daily operations across assigned buildings.
• Supervise Site Operations Managers ensuring operational excellence.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions.
