• Train associates in proper presentation, freshness and pricing standards for perishable areas.
• Ensure staff adherence to food handling rules and safety regulations.
• Record perishables markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist customers with inquiries in a timely manner.
