Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with cash accountability and security.
• Follow policies and SOPs and support team training.
• Maintain perishable stock levels and execute order guides for dairy, meat, produce, and bakery.
• Train associates on stocking, freshness, and pricing standards.
• Record inventory and markdowns, analyze causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customers promptly.
• Ensure sanitation standards and proper handling of foods in perishable areas.
• Support other operational areas as directed by the Store Manager.
