Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years related experience or equivalent education.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance.
• Review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels.
• Review profit and loss, sales, shrink and labor data and report to management.
• Maintain and improve sales, financial results, product quality and work standards.
• Enforce quality control and food safety standards; rotate dated products.
• Promote product sales via suggestive selling and attractive displays.
• Ensure proper stock on frozen food and dairy displays.
• Check inventory on trucks; unload and manage ordering paperwork.
• Provide friendly customer service and address complaints.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment according to safety procedures.
