Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 21+ for company driving.
• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years of related experience or higher education.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage department sales and profits following Brookshire Grocery Company standards.
• Lead and develop department partners.
• Maintain product levels and quality control in frozen and dairy.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and displays.
• Review inventories and prepare reports for upper management.
• Promote customer service and sales-building techniques.
• Adhere to safety and sanitary procedures.
