Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of related experience in retail perishables.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML, HIPAA and TABC/LACT/AATC certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead perishable department sales and profitability with good practices.
• Schedule, train, and develop department partners.
• Review inventory and ensure in-stock levels and quality control.
• Enforce food safety standards and rotate dated products.
