Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age; 21+ to drive per company policy.
• High school diploma or GED required; related experience preferred.
• Food Handler and Manager Food Safety certifications required.
• HIPAA, AML, TABC/LACT/AATC where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop department partners.
• Plan, assign and direct work; evaluate performance and address issues.
• Review historical data to predict sales; manage inventory and pricing.
• Maintain quality standards, food safety and product rotation.
• Lead in-store promotions and attractive product displays.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
