Role emphasizes scheduling, training, and maintaining safety and sanitation while driving sales and maintaining in-store displays. Candidates should have a high school diploma, relevant certifications, and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; scheduling and resolving problems.
• Review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory to ensure in-stock levels.
• Review profit and loss, sales, shrink and labor data; report issues to upper management.
• Maintain and improve sales performance, financial results, PR, product quality and work standards.
• Enforce quality control and food safety standards; rotate dated products.
• Promote product sales via suggestive selling and attractive displays.
• Ensure stock conditions on frozen dairy display racks and shelves.
• Check inventory on trucks and manage orders and paperwork.
• Provide friendly customer service and respond to inquiries.
