Responsibilities include coaching teams, forecasting demand, maintaining product quality, and promoting strong customer engagement while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Formación

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 21+ years old to drive for Company where applicable.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of related experience or equivalent.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline partners; schedule and resolve issues.
• Review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions; manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels; review P&L, sales, shrink and labor data; report issues to upper management.
• Maintain and improve sales performance, financial results, public relations, product quality, and work standards.
• Enforce quality control and food safety standards; ensure dated products are stocked and rotated properly.
• Promote product sales via suggestive selling and appealing displays.
• Maintain stock conditions on frozen food and dairy displays; ensure accurate inventory and ordering.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented interactions with customers.
• Maintain clean, safe and sanitary working environment by following safety procedures.
