Job summary

You will also manage inventory, reviews, and loss prevention while promoting customer service and merchandising excellence. A strong emphasis on teamwork, scheduling, and flexible hours applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• HIPAA certification required where applicable.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance.
• Scheduling, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Reviewing historical data to predict future sales; manage inventory and ordering processes.
• Maintain sales performance, financial results, product quality and safety standards.
• Promote customer service and ensure clean, safe environment.
