• Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume and plan-o-grams.
• Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, and pricing standards.
• Ensure safe handling of food and compliance with rules and regulations.
• Assist in scheduling coverage and monitor performance with managers.
• Record perishable markdowns and manage inventory levels.
