Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Attainment of required local and state food handling certifications, if applicable.
• Previous lead experience and/or grocery store experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage perishable departments including produce, meats, dairy, and bakery.
• Assist Store Manager with inventory management and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure safety and protect company assets per procedures.
• Train associates in proper stocking, freshness, and pricing standards.
• Record inventory levels and assist with customer service needs.
