Dollar General is seeking a Store Perishable Supervisor to manage the Produce, Meat, Dairy, and Bakery areas under the Store Manager’s supervision. You will help with inventory control, merchandising, pricing, and maintaining food safety standards.

The role emphasizes training associates, uplifting presentation, and ensuring customer service and compliance with company policies. Prior retail leadership and food handling certifications are preferred.

• Read and interpret diagrams, safety rules, and procedures manuals.
• Perform mathematical calculations including percentages.
• Learn and operate cash register functions to generate reports.
• Review operating statements to identify trends, profitability and shrink.
• Understand cash handling and deposit control policies.
• Know inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Possess strong organization and communication skills.
• Comply with safety policies and plan-o-gram guidelines.
• Be willing to obtain required food handling certifications.
