Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a customer service environment and/or administrative clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Ability to utilize PC applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between surgery team and patient care activities in Perioperative Services.
• Coordinate patient check-in, check-out, and registration processes.
• Assist with scheduling and direct admissions as needed.
• Support emergency response and maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.
